Holiday in the Wasserkuppe holiday village: Relaxation at 950 meters above everyday life

The holiday village has much to offer visitors to the Wasserkuppe . Four of the houses are wheelchair accessible. With 12 private outdoor whirlpools and 10 private saunas, the deluxe houses are ideal for a relaxing wellness holiday in the Rhön region.

The houses are equipped with kitchens. Self-caterers can find a good selection of Rhön specialties at the Rhön farmers' market right next door. Those who prefer not to cook on holiday can enjoy Rhön cuisine – with a modern twist – at the Peterchens Mondfahrt café-restaurant, located directly next to the holiday village.

Apartment according to your wishes

The open-plan living area combines a spacious veranda and a cozy play/sleeping area under one roof. A playground with a climbing frame shaped like an airplane, swings, a seesaw, and other play equipment is a big hit with younger guests.

Even larger families or hiking groups can stay in the Wasserkuppe holiday village: One of the houses has space for up to 12 (max. 16) people.

The Rhön region has been designated an International Dark Sky Park by the Dark Sky Association due to its very low light pollution . A truly special highlight, not just for stargazers and couples, are the two Dark Sky Park houses . Here, overnight guests can fully open the roof and enjoy the view of the starry sky. But the other apartments also offer stunning panoramic views stretching as far as the Thuringian Forest through their large windows.
